1. How transport is handled and how much does it cost ?
      • In Dominican Republic : use local freight companies, from its warehouses directly to our clients.

We work to make deliveries in the shortest time possible. You will always receive a call from our transport team to coordinate the delivery. 

Besides delivering your piece to your place, we take it out of the box together, to check it and ensure it is in perfect condition (we may document the delivery taking a picture of you with the product).

The transport of your purchases is free of charge in Dominican Republic.

      • Out of the Dominican Republic :

We offer to our clients several solutions for international deliveries. There are basically two main processes depending on the volumetric weight (CBM) of your order.

AAll orders under half cubic meter of volumetric weight (CBM) will be sent through Couriers companies, offering fast-tracks and tracking numbers for your convenience.

B– Deliveries from half cubic meter of volumetric weight (CBM) and over will use “Freight” type shipments. will address you several quotes depending on aerial and maritime solutions available (assessing price and time).

Both A and B process costs varies according to its final destination, the table below showing their maximum values :

Rest of the world 28% of the net purchase price

Important note : For the B process (“Freight” type shipments), our established quotes are not including Customs clearance at destination border and local taxes if applicable. Those two costs are on the buyer’s responsibility.

Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5PM (local time), unless you specify a different time when completing your purchase online, filling the authorized recipient’s datas (including his ID).

To check the status of your order, log in and go to “my account”, then click on “my orders”.


      1. How long will take your delivery ?
      • In Dominican Republic your order will be delivered in 48h to Santo Domingo and

 Santiago, and five labour days for all other destinations.

      • Outside the Dominican Republic, delivery time will depend on its final destination,

 volumetric weight (CBM), and on the selected process.

Time will count since the completion of your order and the confirmation of your payment (date of final invoice).

For Couriers format, taking up a maximum 15 working days (international).

For “Freight” type shipment, bulky orders would be transported by air or sea, depending on the customer’s choice, and take up to 45 working days to reach their final destination.


      1. How to follow your order and know its status ?

You can always see the status of your order by logging in and clicking on “My Account”.

You must click on the menu located on the left side of the page on the button “My Orders”, and you will have in your hand all the information related to them, with their transaction history.


4.Someone else can receive my order on my behalf ?

 Yes, as long as the buyer indicates in writing in the section “Finalize your Purchase” who in his representation can receive his purchase, specifying the complete datas of the recipient (name, ID…etc.).

At the time of delivery and for security reasons, the credentials of your recipient will be needed.

Note that upon delivery, a photo of the recipient including his document and the piece out of its packaging, may also be required.
